Need a photographer In the Houston area. Philip and my young friend Samuel were Lego buddies back in the day. Philip is now a really fine photographer. Check out his work here. Contact him for all your photography needs.
This is a find a friend put me onto: Art House America. It has a lot of culture related articles and blogs and events. While it is not specifically Christian, the purpose is, “cultivating creative community for the common good”; hence Christian values pervade. There are also two physical locations, one in Dallas and one in St. Paul.
Beth and Jeff, also good friends and former church members, are both artists. Their website Jean Allan Studios has excellent work.
Paul A. Candelaria from Faith Christian Center just up the road has a new book Legacy of the Kings. I got a copy of it, strait from Paul. Get yours from the Legacy of the Kings link. It is a great read, similar to the Lord of the Rings. Sequel is about to come out.
I also preach and teach, so I should let you know that I have another website. There is also a small book there under the title “Art and Theology”. It pretty old stuff but you may find something of interest there.
